Stallholders

If you are a voluntary organisation or have volunteers working with you please go here after you have read the text below.

Kingston Green Fair is a day of ecological awareness with music, workshops, dance and more. It is entirely powered by people, the sun and the wind. It attracts nearly 15,000 visitors each year, making it the UK's most successful one-day green family event. Ethical trade, campaign, food, and refreshment stalls are an important part of the day.

We have strong Ethical Trading Policies - please read them as we require evidence of all stallholders' ethical credentials. We also encourage use of the local currencies, so if you're interested in trading and/or paying for your stall in Beaks or Community Credits (Kingston's own Local Economic Trading Scheme) please do so... we accept them on the gate.

Access to the site will not be possible between 10.00 p.m. on Sunday 25th May and 6.00 a.m. on Monday 26th May. If it is likely that you will arrive during this period, please be prepared to spend the night in your vehicle outside the main gate. Unless you have a permit to keep your vehicle on site please remove it before 10.00 a.m on the day of the Fair.

For Caterers

Catering prices are individually negotiated due to the number of variables. Catering applications MUST reach us by the 1st of May.

For Traders and Campaigners

Stall prices for 2008 are under review - for now they are the same as 2007 (hence remain unchanged for the fifth year running). If you genuinely can't afford the full rate get in touch and we may be able to help. Stall applications MUST reach us by the 1st of May.

New for 2008 is the option of trading from a shared Marquee. So if you need a covered stall space, please download the form for printing and posting.
